Q:  Can I discuss the order?
Either phone or email. All emails are answered within a day.We try and accommodate whatever you want to do.

Q:  Can you send out gift vouchers for Christmas.
Yes just email what you want sending. the recipient can then choose a name, colour etc.

Q:  Whats the most important tip for customers do you think?
Read the web site as most answers are on there. Also read the care/cultivation instructions when the rose is delivered.

Q:  Can i choose any colour for my rose.
Yes, unlike other sites you have a choice of colour. You can choose from White, yellow, pink, red. see the meaning of colours page.

Q:  CAN I order for a rose to be delivered on Valentines Day?
Yes we deliver on the day before 12 noon.Do not forget a personal message, add that on the order form.

Q:  Can I send to USA?
At present USA, Australia and New Zealand plant regs preclude us sending single roses to customers.Maybe next year.

Q:  Are the roses indoor or outdoor.
The roses are for growing in the OPEN garden.Follow the care/cultivation instructions which are included. If you are planning to grow in a container order a "Patio" type rose.simply put patio in the source box. The roses will not succeed indoors.

Q:  How long can I grow the rose in the pot?
You should try and plant as soon as is practical. In the dormant season the rose can be planted as soon as the soil can be worked. In the warmer weather try and plant within a day or too. if the rose has to spend more time out of the soil ensure that it is well watered.

Q:  Do I need permission for just a Christian name?
No, just when all the Christian names and surname are used. So "Jack Smith" or "John David" does not require permission, but "John David Sydney Smith" would.
